Immunity is the key to health. Especially in the winter period, it is very important to talk about this topic and to say what things are key to supporting immunity in all age groups.
I've put together 6 things that really make a difference for your immune system:
Eating well - this one's huge. You've gotta get your vitamins and minerals daily, basically all the good stuff your body needs.
Quality sleep - try to sleep 7-9 hours every night, because sleep is very important.
Regular physical activity - whether it is training in the gym or just walking, any physical activity is certainly recommended.
Hydration - try to drink at least 2 liters of water per day.
Vitamins and supplements - in the winter period, our recommendation is to drink vitamin D, vitamin C, omega 3, zinc and selenium.
Reduced stress - stress is the main cause for many conditions, so during periods when we want to support our immunity, we should also take care of our mental health.
