Sadly it is with a heavy heart that I have decided to cancel the opening of Texas Twilight but after this weekend where I made crackers and cookies and all of the sourdough yummies my family loves! I realized opening a little bakery is not for the faint of heart to make enough to sell and actually see a profit I would need at least 3 days out of the week just to prep and bake everything I would need to sell. With working a full time job and school as well as my own little garden I realize my little dream of owning a baker is not realistic at this moment in my life. Maybe later on I can but right now, I just don’t have the time.

Had to hop on this trend love the little song and man I don’t know how many times I thought my starter Lucy was dead in facts let’s be real I threw my first one away then found out it can take up to two weeks for it to be fermented and ready to use so don’t give up trust the process! #

There will always be a limited number of items with bread types changing as well as desserts, cookies, brownies, sourdough crackers, bagels, cinnamon rolls! Later there will be permanent items!
