Help remain calm with Tele-Acupressure! Here's how it will work:

1. Set an appointment time and determine payment method.
2. Find a space where you can lay down with some relaxing music or white noise.
3. Video conference with me.
4. We talk for approx. 5 minutes about how you are doing through quarantine.
5. We meditate for a couple minutes.
6. I confirm the treatment I think you need is appropriate.
7. I guide you through self-acupressure for about 10 minutes.
8. I hang up.
9. You continue to lay at home.
10. We set a follow-up call or email to see how it went!
