Starting Oct 27th. We are changing things up a little. Starting an afternoon Pound classes at 4:45pm on Mondays and Wednesdays along with a new formatted class called BHK at 5:30pm for both men and women. PM me for more information. THE NEW CLASS SCHEDULE WILL START THE LAST WEEK OF OCTOBER.
