💜 National Purple Day – Epilepsy Awareness 💜

Today we recognize National Purple Day, a global effort to raise awareness about epilepsy and support the millions of people living with this neurological condition. By wearing purple and sharing information, we can help reduce stigma and encourage understanding in our communities.

Epilepsy affects people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities—but with awareness, education, and support, we can help create a more inclusive and compassionate world.

March is National Kidney Month, a time to raise awareness about kidney health and the importance of prevention and early detection of kidney disease. Your kidneys play a vital role in keeping your body healthy by filtering waste, balancing fluids, and supporting overall wellness.

Simple steps like staying hydrated, eating a balanced diet, managing blood pressure, and getting regular checkups can help keep your kidneys healthy.

Take a moment this month to learn more about kidney health and encourage others to do the same—because healthy kidneys are essential for a healthy life.
