As I retire, I want to thank Brenda Byler for being the very best nurse I could have ever asked for. For 32 years you stood by my side, from the early days when I was just building my practice to the busiest, longest days that followed, your dedication, anticipation and quiet excellence made my work easier every single day. You so often handled things before I ever had to ask and that kind of support is rare and deeply appreciated.
Thank you for all you did for me, our patients and for the practice we built together. I will always be grateful for you and the many years we shared.

From Dr. Cummins:
After much thought and reflection, I have made the decision to retire from medical practice, effective December 23, 2025. This decision was not made lightly, as it has been one of the greatest honors of my life to serve as your physician and to be entrusted with your care.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of building meaningful relationships with so many of you. I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me and for allowing me to be a part of your health journey.

Our clinic has six established physicians, and we will be happy to help you find the right fit for your healthcare needs so that your care will not be interrupted. To ensure a smooth transition, my staff and I will be available to assist you during this process and answer any questions you may have.
