I can’t believe we are already a quarter into the year…
and time isn’t slowing down for anyone.
Summer is 81 days away.
That’s 12 weeks.
12 weeks to get stronger.
12 weeks to build better habits.
12 weeks to show up for yourself in a way you haven’t before.
✨ This is what I’m focusing on:
– High protein every day minimum of 100g
– 10–12K steps daily
– 3–4 gym days a week
– One reward meal every other week
No extremes. No shortcuts.
Just consistency.
I’m right there with you;
showing up, staying disciplined, and doing the work even when it’s inconvenient.
