Measles Isn’t Just a Little Rash. Measles can be serious, especially for babies and young children. It often starts with:
✔️ High fever (over 104°F)
✔️ Cough
✔️ Runny nose
✔️ Red, watery eyes
✔️ Rash

But it doesn’t stop there.
⚠️ 1 in 5 people with measles will be hospitalized
⚠️ 1 out of every 20 children will get pneumonia
⚠️ 1 to 3 out of 1,000 people with measles will die
