JamieWinns the beautiful soul next to the bookcase, and I grew up together in the same neighborhood. Meeting her again and sharing spiritual space with her is like coming home again. Jaimie Wright, seated next to me with the most beautiful smile reminds me that the work still needs to continue because the younger generations are watching and yet teaching.

I believe I was sent here by God/Divine to cultivate experiences for people to remember and to live by their soul’s purpose. Sometimes we have wounds and scars physically, mentally, and emotionally that then connects with ancestral and generational wounds that detach from our souls purpose. It may be grief and loss, change in career or the ending of a relationship. Whatever it is I believe with my Therapeutic skills, Mindfulness Techniques, Energy Healing and Spiritual Practices to connect spiritually with ancestors and those who have transcended can help.

As November is at its mid peak and I am reflecting Sankofa style, I am looking back to get the good! So much has happened, been created, and brought to fruition.

So here is what I have learned:
1. Someone is waiting on YOU to start!
2. You have something to contribute.
3. Show up! Show all the way up!
4. If you aren’t in your dream life, you are in your own way!
5. You need friendship, a community, a village.
6. What are you waiting for? Who are you waiting on? No one. You are the one. You are it.
7. No one is going to manifest it for you. Do the Gritty WERK/WORK!
8. Add ACTION to your FAITH.
9. You had a plan, but what is GAWD’s/GOD’s plan?
10. In due season! We need our shadow and our light! In the darkness we evolve grow and perfect. In the light it’s revealed and experienced by others.
