We are honored to support this program in our community!

Go Baby Go is a national, community-based program that modifies ride-on cars to make them accessible for children with motor and/or cognitive delays. Our local chapter is hosted by the University of Central Arkansas.

Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) can support children and adults who do not have reliable verbal speech.

Our SLPs receive direct training and support to implement AAC effectively in sessions and help families pick an AAC system that works for them.

All of our therapists across disciplines learn how to support AAC across environments in the clinic (and in the community) to promote carryover.

Meet one of our PTs, Morgan!

Morgan is primarily at our Conway location, but you might see her pop in and out of our other clinics too! Morgan just completed her certification for pediatric pelvic floor therapy, and can't wait to provide support in this underserved population in central Arkansas.

When she's not at Reach, Morgan would like to be at Disneyworld with her husband and two daughters in her spare moments. She loves the anticipation of the day's adventures as she and her family get onto the Disney Skyliner to start the day.

But Reach is like the Disneyworld of Arkansas, right?

Meet one of our OTs, Brooke!

Brooke is at our Conway location and works with a variety of clients. With her doctoral capstone focusing on building an inclusive dance program for children with disabilities, Brooke joins our team with a unique skillset in supporting clients with complex needs. Brooke has mastered the art of making movement accessible and fun.

When Brooke isn't being an OT, you can find her putting on some dance shoes to teach her classes in Conway.

Meet one of our speech therapists, Summer!

Summer is at our Conway location. She loves working with clients with complex communication needs that may benefit from AAC. Her favorite part of AAC is seeing clients' confidence build as their communication skills increase.

When Summer isn't at Reach, you might find her at Crossfit or hanging out with family and friends. Summer loves a good adventure, so it's no surprise if she's been on a recent trip. Next time you see Summer, ask her about her favorite places to travel!

Meet one of our BCBAs, Isaac!

Isaac has been working at our Conway location for years, first as an RBT before transitioning into the role of BCBA. With a background in theatre, Isaac brings in a unique energy to play and supporting clients in functional and meaningful ways. Isaac's experience in improv was the perfect prerequisite for this job, as he knows how to roll with changes and adapt to meet his clients' needs.

When Isaac isn't working, he loves trying out pho at different restaurants in central Arkansas. If you need a recommendation, he's your guy.
