365 Fitness has three different areas available for you to focus on what is most important to you. There are 30 pieces of cardio equipment available for people looking to lose weight and get into shape, including bikes and stair steppers, as well as the LARGEST FREE WEIGHT AREA in central Arkansas for people looking to bulk up and tighten their bodies. All memberships to our fitness center and health club have full access to all of the top-of-the-line equipment in our gym.

Our members seriously out did themselves this year. Each and every year we participate in the Salvation Army Angel Tree and each this year was hands down the best yet. We are forever grateful and thankful for everyone who contributed and makes this happen year after year. Thank you all, and if you are able to help those in need please do so! The holidays are a wonderful time but can be extremely challenging as well. Count your blessings and never hesitate to help someone along the way if you can!
