Congratulations to Anna Weatherford for being therapist of the month for September. Anna always goes above and beyond to attend to every individual patient and the details of each treatment session she provides. Anna attends to the details of each patient’s case with interactive, fun, and functional treatment sessions. As therapist, it is so important to get to know our patients, how they do things at home and what is needed in order for them to achieve that goal of returning home. Congratulations to Christina Burnette, ST on being the employee of the month for August 2025. Christina started with Incite Rehab as a new graduate and has grown into an amazing therapist. She truly goes above and beyond for everyone of her patients and strives to improve their quality of life in anyway that she can. Congratulations to Anna Weatherford for being June’s Employee of the Month. This is Anna’s 2nd month to be recognized this year for being the game changer that she is while working with her patients. Day in and day out, patients come to us with the goal to return to their home. Anna truly understands the assignment and gets to know every patient on a personal level, which includes finding out what their home environment is, their routines, and what their day to day activities at home involve. By doing this she can develop very personalized and functional treatment sessions that directly relate to the goals of each patient in order to return to their home. Thank you, Anna, for being the Game Changer you are and for the care and compassion you put forth to every patient you treat.

We are very honored to introduce our Director of our Therpy team, KC!! We asked her to tell us some fun facts about herself and what she loves the most about her career. ❤️

“Hello everyone! I’m KC. First off, I’m grateful for the position I am in and the team here at Edgewood. Fun facts about me…I’m a dog lover. I like to garden, paint, hang out by a fire, be outdoors & ride my bike on the trails.

I chose physical therapy because I know what it’s like to be injured & I know what it’s like to be in physical rehab. I think it helps me be a more empathetic & compassionate therapist. It also helps me push my patients to engage in their own rehab/recovery because movement is medicine. I personally know the benefits of pushing past the fear, anxiety & pain. I want to be there for my patients like my therapists were for me. They helped me change the trajectory of my life. I’m forever grateful.”
