What a day! Some of our favorite times are coming together at these educational days with the whole team. We started with a devotional, and our team recognition with Hi-fives, Pearls of Wisdom, and of course crowning our new Queen of the Quarter!

Congratulations to this quarter's Queen, Olivia Jackson! Olivia has shined through her work ethic, keen attention to detail and navigation of some very difficult and complex cases. Olivia serves our Memphis, northeast Arkansas, and North Mississippi territory. Congratulations Olivia!

After getting our morning started we had an updated training on navigating the ODG website for Evidence Based Guidelines. This was followed by an ethics presentation then lunch!

February is a month full of birthdays for our team so we celebrated Cheryl, Arrah and Melissa by singing happy birthday and having some cake!

Also during our lunch break we got to recognize our newest Lady in Blue, Jessica Petty, for her boot camp graduation with hosting a Blue Coat Ceremony! We are so glad to have her as part of our central Arkansas team!

After lunch we were joined by Dr. Derrick Henry from OrthoArkansas to teach us about the intricacies of ankle sprains to promote quick healing and return to work. Thank you for joining us Dr. Henry! Finally, we were joined by Casey Garretson, OTD, OTR/L, CFE, CEAS from Functional Testing Centers to discuss Functional Capacity Evaluations and Impairement ratings.

It was a day full of fun and learning and we are already looking forward to the next one!

It's Inservice day at JMS! That means last night was our team bonding time where we had a very tense and competitive game night of phase 10 and Pasta Grill catered in. The scores changed quickly, but we ended with three award winners for the night!

Melissa Sipes, one of our northwest Arkansas nurses, won our certificate of bragging rights for her top placement!

"For their 02/26/26 game night undisputed domination through superior strategy, calculated risk, and tactical precision.

Kayla Dixon, another of our Northwest Arkansas based nurses, fought hard, but ended up earning our certificate of debacle!

And last but not least, Meighan Diaz, one of our central team nurses, was given the people's champion award!

We love nights when we get together like this and missed our team members who weren't able to make it!
