Conway Regional Health System celebrated the grand opening of our Simulation Lab on Thursday, welcoming Governor Sarah Sanders and community leaders to mark this important milestone!

The Simulation Lab allows physicians, residents, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to practice complex procedures and emergency scenarios using advanced technology that replicates real patient care situations. This hands-on training helps medical teams build the skills, coordination, and confidence needed before performing these procedures in clinical settings.

Supported by a $800,000 grant from the Arkansas Office of Skills Development, a $1 million matching initiative from the Conway Regional Health Foundation, and generous community donors, the Simulation Lab will provide training opportunities for more than 1,500 healthcare learners each year as we continue delivering thoughtful, personalized care to the communities we serve.
