Freelance Fridays 🔥 | Small Burn (Hot Pan or Curling Iron)

You grab a hot pan or accidentally touch a styling tool — and feel that instant burn.
Stay calm. Most small burns can be safely cared for at home.

What to do:
1️⃣ Cool the area under cool, running water for 10–20 minutes
2️⃣ Do not pop blisters — they protect the skin
3️⃣ Apply burn gel or cover with a clean, non-stick dressing

What NOT to put on burns:
🚫 Butter or oils
🚫 Toothpaste
🚫 Ice directly on the skin

🛑 This is for basic, non-emergency care. If the burn worsens, blisters severely, or you’re unsure, seek medical care.
