Bailey is truly the heart and the tears behind our mission. Having walked the difficult path of caring for her own parents, she knows the weight of "doing it all" until you feel like you’re drowning. Because she has been in those shoes, her deepest desire is to ensure that every single client is cared for with the same devotion, dignity, and love that she gave her very own family.
As our Chief Operating Officer, Bailey leads the heart of our operations with a true "family-first" mindset. She also pours that same passion into overseeing our Marketing and Social Media—sharing our story, uplifting families, and making sure no one in our community feels alone on their care journey.
While she guides our team with strategy and excellence, what truly sets Bailey apart is the heart behind everything she does. Her compassion doesn’t stay behind a desk—it shows up every single day in the lives she touches. Whether she is:
