Why MS Awareness is Personal to Us 🧡
At Executive Home Care, our mission isn't just a business—it’s a calling rooted in our own family’s journey.
This National MS Awareness Month, our founder, Bailey, is sharing a piece of her heart. Both of her parents were diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, with their diagnoses coming 21 years apart.
Bailey knows firsthand what it means to be a caregiver in the face of uncertainty. She remembers the deep fear when her father was first diagnosed—the "what ifs" that keep you up at night. One of the heaviest fears was the thought of him losing his ability to walk her down the aisle or having to navigate their relationship from a wheelchair.
After his eventual ALS diagnosis, Bailey spent years caring for both of her parents in wheelchairs. She has lived through the physical demands of mobility assistance and the emotional weight of watching her heroes face a changing body.
We wear orange this month to honor those living with MS and to let you know: You don’t have to walk this path alone. We understand the journey because we’ve lived every mile of it.
