Thoughts of Yèyẹ́sìndé
There is a moment most healers don’t recognize right away.
It isn’t loud.
It doesn’t announce itself as burnout.
It doesn’t look like failure.
It feels like subtle distance.
Distance from your intuition.
From your inner knowing.
From the clarity that once moved through you without effort.
I’ve watched this happen in women who are deeply gifted.
Not because they stopped caring — but because they kept going without being tended themselves.
Clarity doesn’t disappear all at once.
It dulls when the body is overextended.
It quiets when the healer keeps holding others while ignoring her own signals.
It fades when giving becomes automatic and receiving becomes rare.
This is how misalignment begins.
Not through one big mistake —
but through many small moments of override.
You feel it when you:
• second-guess what once felt obvious
• stop trusting the messages you receive
• feel disconnected from your dreams
• notice your work feels heavier than it used to
None of this means your gifts are gone.
It means they are asking for care.
Clarity is not maintained through endurance.
It is sustained through rhythm, rest, and right boundaries.
If you’ve felt this shift, let it be information — not judgment.
Something in you is asking to be brought back into alignment.
