These babies are part of my sleep protocol… and they’ve made a real difference. 🌙🧡
Sleep isn’t only about how many hours you’re in bed.
It’s also about the signals you give your body.
For me, adding Ra Optics into my nighttime routine has helped support my circadian rhythm and created a stronger wind-down habit.
When these go on… my body knows we’re shifting out of go-mode and into recovery mode.
That means:
