New year and new goals! Many of our AL say they like reading, but most don’t do it anymore on their own for whatever reason. So our activities director offered to read to them and a new book club was born as half of them jumped at the opportunity! If anyone is looking for a book recommendation, here is a good one 📖❤️🙌

We want to thank our families and our staff for a simply wonderful and beautiful Christmas celebration. Our house looked stunning, the food was perfect, and our directors and care partners have the flow of true teamwork which created a joyful afternoon. Last weekend the front doors opened and a large group of beautiful women called Flawlessly Silver walked through the doors bringing a huge amount of Christmas donations and presents for our residents. Not only necessities like toiletries and adult undergarments, but socks and shoes and clothes and all kinds of brand new things. They also brought wrapped presents for every resident and gift bags for all the staff. Mind blowing! We cannot thank you enough for all of the hard work, time, and money you put into this. What a Christmas blessing! We aren’t able to tag their group but we can tag the leader Tanya Armstrong. Thank you and happy holidays to you all 🙏❤️🎄
