Dr. Sheila is in critical condition. She is on life support for every system. Dialysis, respirator, blood pressure medication, sedative, pain reliever....everything. She may loose the use of her feet due to lack of blood flow to her extremities. She is fighting a septic infection in her body from the ruptured colon. They had to remove a section of colon and put a stoma in place on Monday. She is swollen from the kidneys not functioning and is on continuous dialysis.
Her white blood cell count is coming down which means the infection is diminishing.
