"Since June 1st of 2011 I have been the proud owner and an active service provider of The Upper Hand Day Spa in Conyers, Georgia. I didn’t find this profession, it found me. I fell in love with everything about it, becoming a Master Cosmetologist in 1984. I have pursued all aspects of the industry, currently specializing in Skin Care, Lash Services, and Spiritual Wellness. As a Dermalogica Expert Skin Therapist, I am passionate about teaching clients how to take better care of their skin and will share all the knowledge I have with them. Helping people feel better mentally, physically, and spiritually, both inside and out is always satisfying.
My primary goal for the Spa, from the start, has been to provide an affordable place for all people seeking professional services. I feel very blessed and fortunate to have such an amazing team of skilled therapists to help make that happen!"

"Last July I celebrated my 10 year anniversary of working here at the spa! I started in 2014 as a newly licensed massage therapist, began apprenticing with Phylliss to be an esthetician the very next year, and was later promoted to spa manager in 2019.
Along the way I've made great relationships with both my clients and my spa family. They've seen me get married, have two children, and grow in my career.
I love to help my clients relax and de-stress: falling asleep during your massage means we are doing our job well! My favorite services to give are the CBD massage and the Jade Stone facial.
