She obtained an Associates Degree in Nursing from Union University in 1988, passing her State Licensure Board that same year, a Bachelor's Degree in History from Union University in 1989, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from the University of Memphis in 1992. Rana has dedicated her career to healthcare, starting at a radiology practice while in high school. After working with SVMIC in previous roles, she joined the Medical Practices Services team in 2011, drawn by their reputation and expertise. She values the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from her supportive coworkers and policyholders. She has presented at the national level of the Medical Group Managers Association (MGMA) and served on the American College of Medical Practice Executives Certification Commission.
