🚧 Road Closure Notice 🚧

Bunker Hill Road will be closed April 23–24 as part of the Henley Drive expansion project. The road will also be closed overnight between Thursday and Friday. Local access will be maintained for residents, but all other traffic should use West Davis Road (from the south) or Sams Street (from the north). Please follow posted signage and plan alternate routes.

📣Beginning Monday, April 20, 2026 we will be abbreviating our office hours to 7am - 5pm, Monday-Friday, through the Summer.📣

The Summer months have historically always been a slower season for our office with people traveling, school systems being on break, sickness slowing down (which means a healthier community!), and our general census for all visits being lower during this period. This will help us make better use of our resources during slower periods, it will give a little time back to our staff to be with their families and enjoy Summer more, and will allow us to reinvest saved expenses back into our office.

We tentatively plan to return to our regular office hours, 7am - 6pm, in the fall. As always, keep an eye on our social pages and websites for new information and updates.

📣IMPORTANT INFO for our patients and community📣

With the winter storm coming this weekend and into next week, we want to be clear about our intentions for having our office open for patient appointments and offering care to anyone that needs it:

We plan to be OPEN either here at our office OR ONLINE via Telemedicine through our website. We will not completely close unless there are power or internet outages.

As always, our utmost concern is getting our staff to the office safely, and then making the building safe for patients to visit. That said, we will make another post on Sunday afternoon as to whether or not our office will be physically open. If it is not safe, we will reroute appointments to our online telemedicine platform through our website and contact scheduled patients to inform and assist with that process.

📣Satellite Med Patients and 📣

⚠️ROAD CLOSURE/ALTERNATE ROUTE⚠️

Please be aware that the road construction/widening project that is ongoing on Jefferson Ave has made its way to our area of the neighborhood. 𝐁𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭 𝟐𝟗𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫, the City of Cookeville and Rogers Group plans on updating the intersection of Jefferson Ave and Bunker Hill Rd.

This directly impacts traffic flow for Satellite Med. City of Cookeville will have their own public post for this by the end of the week but we wanted to go ahead and get the word out for our patients as soon as possible (we have been in direct communication with both entities).

🚧𝐁𝐮𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐑𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫.🚧

🚗Immediate alternate route will be to take Henley Dr that ties back into Sams St. It is the next immediate road south of Bunker Hill, just past AMC Theatre and Bargain City Furniture.

🚗A secondary alternate route would be to travel further south down to West Davis Road (the intersection in front of the Cookeville Rescue Mission). This would be considered the longer way around but will also get you to the clinic.

We apologize for any inconvenience. The great news stemming from this is it looks like this may fix MANY of the problems that Bunker Hill currently faces with traffic light timing, adding additional turning lanes, and resurfacing the road.
