why i became a doula.....
because i love holding babies and
i love holding the mammas that had the babies.
i love watching families get to know their newborn.
i love knowing i helped new parents succeed at being a mom and a dad.
okay, the real reason i became a doula is that i love the way babies smell.....

last week's beach trip was healing. i went beach bathing.

i took time away from the responsibilities waiting at home. i strongly suggest all my families with new babies find a way to have some relaxation.

beach bathing: soaking up the salty water, salty air, and all the sand!

i feel rested and renewed with a new sense of creativity.
