We had the sweetest time celebrating love, laughter, and friendship at our Valentine Dance! Our Grandview residents filled the room with smiles, great music, and plenty of heart. 💃🕺

Donna, a nurse at Grandview and member of the Nurses Honor Guard, recently honored veterans at the Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery by decorating headstones for Christmas through Wreaths Across America. A wreath is placed on the Veteran’s grave and their name is spoken to help keep their memory alive.

Last night, we gathered together for a beautiful Thanksgiving Dinner filled with good food, warm smiles, and the feeling of family. Our residents, their loved ones, and our amazing staff shared a special evening that reminded us what this season is truly about — gratitude, connection, and community.

A huge thank-you to our dietary team and every staff member who helped make this celebration so meaningful. Your hard work and heart shine through in every detail.
