Optimal Health & Performance is growing, and weโre looking for a friendly, dependable, and serviceโminded Therapy Assistant & Receptionist to join our team. Our clinic provides chiropractic care, massage therapy, and wellness services for patients of all ages โ and we pride ourselves on offering a warm, supportive, smallโtown experience for every person who walks through our doors.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a patientโfocused environment, and can balance handsโon support with frontโdesk responsibilities.
โจ What Youโll Do
Patient Support & Therapy Assistance
โข Guide patients through basic therapy modalities as directed by providers
โข Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
โข Assist with patient flow to ensure smooth, timely appointments
โข Provide clear, friendly communication to help patients feel comfortable and informed
๐Front Desk & Administrative Duties
โข Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
โข Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage daily office flow
โข Check patients in and out, verify information, and assist with paperwork
โข Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area
โข Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed

โข Ability to multitask in a busy clinic setting
โข Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
โข Comfort learning basic therapy equipment and procedures (training provided)
