Bring your favorite mat or borrow a studio one. I teach a hatha/vinyasa style. We will use light weights tonight.

Classes are $10 cash, Venmo, CashAp, PayPal or credit card.

Then I'll be taking a break while I'm recovering from surgery. Classes will tentatively resume mid to end of February.

For all who came to do vision boards so far in 2026, THANK YOU! It's so neat to see everyone's intentions, goals, and affirmations come to life in their boards. Please remember to keep it where you can see it this year.
