If my child had an ear infection, here’s exactly what I’d do first:
👂 Step 1: Get them adjusted
We check the upper neck and ears for any tension that could be blocking circulation and drainage. Misalignments here can literally prevent the ear from draining properly—which means the fluid just sits there creating the perfect breeding ground for infection.
👂 Step 2: Garlic mullein oil in and around the ear

Can we be honest for a second?

I know you want a quick fix.
I know you’re tired.
I know you’ve been struggling for so long that you’re hoping one adjustment will change everything.

And sometimes? It DOES feel that way. People walk out after their first visit feeling lighter, happier, like a weight has been lifted.
But here’s the truth:
You can’t quick fix nervous system regulation.

Think about it like this: You wouldn’t expect to run a marathon without training, right?
You’d need:
→ Time to build endurance
→ Consistency to strengthen your body
→ Patience through the hard runs

You go to that appointment, get cleared, and everyone acts like your body just magically bounced back.

Colic and reflux are the “unwanted besties”
Where one goes, the other follows. And both are rooted in the same thing: a dysregulated nervous system. 💙

Physical tension from birth (yes, even “easy” births) affects your baby’s vagus nerve - the nerve that controls their entire digestive system.
When the nervous system is stressed, the upper digestive system (reflux) and lower digestive system (colic/gas) can’t communicate properly. Your baby’s body is literally disconnected from itself.

Babies also co-regulate with their parents - meaning your stress affects their stress and vice versa - and you have a perfect storm.
