Tuesday the 28th: I have openings at 10:30 for a 30 minute massage or 3:30 pm for all session lengths.
Wednesday the 29th: I have openings at 10:45, 11:00 and 3:30 pm.
Thursday the 30th: I have 3 massage openings between 8:00 and 11:00 am as well as between 1:00 and 4:30 pm.
Friday the 24th: I have 1 available at 1:30pm.

I am between two classes to take in the fall, can you let me know which of the two techniques you would be most interested in receiving?

1. Orthopedic Massage, specifically Nerve Compression Release - this is very similar to what I already do but will help pinpoint where and how nerves are compressed and give me new ways to release them! This would be helpful for things like Military Neck, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, and Sciatica

2. Craniosacral Therapy - a very gentle, hands-on bodywork technique that eases tension in the connective tissues and fascia surrounding the brain and spinal cord. Using light touch around the head, neck, and spine it should balance the nervous system, improve fluid flow, and relieve pain, headaches, and stress. This is good for people who suffer from things like Migraines, TMJ disorder, fibromyalgia, and neuropathy.
