Traveling Herb Farmer Owner, Herbalist, Farmer- AC Hill (she/her) creates all products by hand with home-grown herbs and high quality ingredients.

Traveling Herb Farmer is an herbal product line handmade in small batches by Community Herbalist, AC Hill, using homegrown and consciously harvested wild plants featuring skin salve, muscle rubs, lip balm, tinctures, botanical sprays, salts, teas & more. She also teaches classes on herbal medicine both in person and online with the Actaea Institute of Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy. Her podcast, The Plant Cunning podcast is a free, weekly educational interview with valued guests in the realm of plant medicine. You can join the Plant Cunning Conference live and in person at her farm July 24-26th, 2026 to learn from incredible teachers and be in community.

Happy New Year Dolls! The Sherburne Inn is the bees knees, let me tell ya. We had a good time dancing the Charleston, sipping fancy drinks and ci**rs, hanging with new and old friends for their 1920s themed New Years Party. What a nice way to welcome in the new calendar year. Lovely time. ❤️

My central NY gouls and gals, witches, gremlins, and creatures of the night. Come join me for Samhain in our Hanted Barn with Live Music, spooky sing alongs, and costume contests. Our dear local anti-folk band Home Visitor is playing as well as Khalil Jade, Shannon France and Average Joey, leading us in songs to stir the soul and often a spooky traveling according player clown will come out of the wood work (Dzeli) to entertain and entrance. Join us at 7:30pm and donations for the bands collected at the door $0-$20. There is a snack potluck so bring a tasty lil treat if you can. Tell yer friends!

My dear friends at Unadilla Community Farm are doing incredible food and herbal medicine access work just a few minutes from my home. I am so proud of the farmers there, building and maintaining such a gorgeous, productive and well designed food forest farm. Please consider donating to support them today!

They are able to get so much food and fresh herbs and fruits and roots to many low income, low-access families in NY. They also cultivate a beautiful community, and I encourage folks in our area to follow them and get on their email list to go there for events, volunteer days and workshops. Next one is September 27th for Garlic Cleaning Day.
