Ocean Ridge Senior Living Welcome to Ocean Ridge Assisted Living Ocean Ridge Assisted Living offers seniors the security of knowing there is staff on duty 24-hours a day.

Assisted Living assists residents with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, and medication reminders and administration that can include ordering, storing, and dispensing. Services can be customized as needs change. Weekly housekeeping, maintenance, and three meals a day are offered. Restaurant style dining is provided with daily chef specials. Ocean Ridge Assisted Living has spacious apartment homes with affordable month-to-month rental programs without a restrictive buy-in fee. And, this is a pet-friendly community that allows even large dogs. Coos Bay, the largest town on the Oregon Coast, is home to the Port of Coos Bay, a large maritime harbor with cargo ships and beautiful sailing ships coming and going into the harbor. In the middle of town is the Bay Board Walk, a pleasant area for walking, eating, and shopping. Ocean Ridge Assisted Living is home to a Jug Band made up of residents who perform five shows a year for other assisted living communities and at the town mall. To provide activities and opportunities for residents to feel connected outside the community, a quilting club makes quilts for foster children and a knitters club provides hats and prayer shawls. The goal of the dedicated staff is to offer a safe and secure environment where the residents will be able to enjoy their daily lives. Ocean Ridge Assisted Living is proud to be a partner with Bay Area Hospital and the new STRONG HEART PROGRAM helping residents monitor their own good habits and preventing frequent trips to the hospital.

Elvis Week...GI Blues Day. We took pictures of our Veterans with Elvis. A few others got in on the action as well as the band and staff members. Dick and Dwayne played Elvis tunes and we had a great time. Tomorrow is Rock-a-hula Happy Hour!!!
