Congratulations to Roberta Sylvester, NBMC's Employee of the Month for March! Roberta has been an exceptional addition to the NBMC team. She began in General Surgery and quickly adapted to take on a wide range of responsibilities, including front office, back office, surgery scheduling, and any task we asked of her. Her eagerness to jump in, learn, and teach others has been remarkable.
