To celebrate and honor our local police force on National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, we served Chili and Cornbread at our community to officers who wanted to stop in for a meal. We also delivered fresh pizzas to the North Bend and Coos Bay police departments. Pat, our resident ambassador, helped us with the deliveries.
This event was open to current and retired police officers, and we were honored by Bill, a retired officer, who joined us for a hot bowl of Chili and lots of captivating conversation.
