Happy Valentines Day from Ocean Ridge. We love to celebrate love. This week we made Candy Gram Valentines and learned how to turn a washcloth into a teddy bear. Meet our February Employee of the Month, Alyson! She is a bright light here at Ocean Ridge, always wearing a smile. She consistently goes above and beyond for both her residents and her team members. No matter the challenge, Alyson steps up with positivity, dedication, and a willingness to help wherever she’s needed.
Her big heart and genuine compassion shine through in her daily interactions. The time and care she gives to each resident truly makes a difference, and her love for what she does is evident in everything she touches.

Did you know that Ocean Ridge is pet-friendly? 🐾
We love our four-legged friends and are proud to be home to many dogs and cats. We even have team members who bring their dogs to work, creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone.

Meet Grace.
Grace lives at our community, and when she was looking for a new place to call home, she truly took her time. She visited several communities, attended activities, enjoyed meals, and carefully chose the one that felt most like home.

After she moved in, we asked her, “Why did you choose Ocean Ridge?”
Her answer was short and sweet… “Buddy.”

Buddy is a 10-month-old Cane Corso (Italian Mastiff) puppy who comes to work with Candace, our Community Relations Director. This 100+ pound baby greets visitors during tours—and apparently, he stole Grace’s heart. 💙

Grace says she loves it here—the food, the housekeeping, the beautiful apartments and common areas—but most of all, she loves seeing Buddy regularly. And if you can’t tell from the photos, he loves her too.
