Sometimes you don’t realize how much you’ve grown—professionally or personally—until you stumble across something from the past. Today, while going through old photos for a project, I came across a picture of my front desk and patient chart file cabinet from 2019, when I moved my practice from Massapequa to Copiague. I was honestly shocked. Seeing that image made me realize just how much my business has grown in just a few short years—the number of patients, the expansion of staff, the addition of new equipment and diagnostic testing like EMGs and sonograms, and even our supplement line, all built step by step without me fully noticing along the way. What started as a small part-time practice has grown into Allied PT, a clinic I am incredibly proud of, offering top-notch manual therapy with four therapists on staff, advanced diagnostic testing, and state-of-the-art equipment including shockwave therapy and more. That one picture was a powerful reminder that hard work, consistency, and dedication truly pay off—especially when you love what you do and your patients’ reviews reflect the care and quality you deliver.
