We’re excited to officially welcome Nicole, DPT to the Custom Care Rehab team beginning May 2026 🤍

Nicole earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University and brings 4 years of experience specializing in neurologic conditions, vestibular rehab, concussion recovery, and orthopedic care.

She is certified in vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management and takes a hands-on approach using manual therapy, cupping, myofascial release, and soft tissue techniques. She will also be completing her dry needling certification this May.

💪 What truly sets Nicole apart is her whole-body approach to care—focusing on the person, not just the symptoms. She values connection, trust, and building strong relationships with every patient she works with.

If you’ve been dealing with dizziness, concussion symptoms, or ongoing pain that hasn’t fully resolved, Nicole is now accepting new patients for May and beyond.
