This is normal for kids to get picky eating patterns, one day they love bananas, the next day they act like you have never met them!

Why meals should be easier to prepare. Make food fun, shapes, colors, and dips can make a big difference! Keep the patience - it may take several tries before a child is able to accept a new food.

We know the mealtime can be hard, but remember, the little taste buds are always changing.
