Compassion Smiles Dentistry is seeking a part-time Dental Front Desk to work at our office, at least one year is experience needed. We need an individual who wants to grow and join our amazing team. We are looking for someone who has great customer service, great work ethics, very professional, compassionate, and a vibrant personality. Our ideal candidate must also be able to multitask, eager to learn, work well with others and understand the importance of building a positive rapport with patients of all ages: children and adults.

Primary Responsibilities
-Arrive 30 minutes prior to first scheduled patient
- Attend Morning Team Meetings
- Check the daily schedule for accuracy and ensure all appointments have necessary documents prior to seeing patients
- Ensure that HIPPA Notice of Privacy of Practices is always followed
- Scheduling and Confirming Appointments
- Answer phone calls
- Collect payment from patients before the time of treatment
- Presenting treatment plans to patients
- Computer proficiency (Email, Internet, Microsoft Office etc.)
- Verifying insurance before appointments
-Submitting insurance claims
-Submitting a pre-estimate
- Filing, organizing, and properly documenting information
- Help explain office policy to patients

Experience: - At least one year experience needed, Education: High school Diploma, Job Type: part-time

Authorization: United States (Preferred)

Language: English **If candidate is bilingual (English and Spanish) is will be very helpful!!

Hello Everyone!!
Hope you are having a great week. We are having a Clothing Drive Starting this Friday January 27 until the end of February. We are accepting clothes for adults and children to donate to families in need to a local charity. You can drop them off in the donation box located at the front door of our office.

We are looking for someone who has great customer service, great work ethics, very professional, compassionate, and a vibrant personality. Our ideal candidate must also be able to multitask, work well with others and understand the importance of building a positive rapport with patients of all ages: children and adults.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Arrive 30 mins prior to first scheduled patient
- Attend Morning Team meetings
- Assisting in all Dental Procedures
- Sterilization
- Taking diagnostic x-rays
- Inventory and ordering dental supplies
- Fabricating Temporary crowns/bridges
- Fabrication Whiting trays
-Ensure HIPPA Notice of Privacy of Practices are always followed

Experience: - At Least 1 year
- Expanded Duty
- Knowledge of Open Dental and Dexis (Preferred)

Education: Equivalent to a High school diploma or General Education degree (GED)

License: Certified Dental Assistant (Required), and CPR (Required)

Part-Time: 2- 3 days a week, eventually moving into full-time position of 4 to 5 days a week

Work Authorization: United States (Preferred)

Language: English
