A program designed exlusively for the "over 50" includes a complete lifestyle evaluation as well as fitness and health testing and a daily prescription for that includes nutrition as well as movement and exercise. You won't find any "BOOT CAMPS" in our programs. We start at a level that you can easily handle and graduate slowly to more difficult movement. This is the only system that works for the rest of your life!
