Happy Tuesday BeloVed Intelligent Gorgeous Queens & Handsome Kings! Today, January 27th, 2026 🤍☀️ (((HUGS))) Praying we all have a blessed day❣️

The past few days haven’t been easy. My body felt like it was caught in vice grips, waves of pain that came and went, until early this morning when it brought me to tears.

At 4:35am, I made myself get out of bed. Not to push… but to care.
I rinsed some potatoes, cut them up, and placed them in cold salted water. A simple act. A grounding one.

As I cut them, I thought of my Dad, his singing in the kitchen while making breakfast. That memory alone softened something in me.

I went into our reiki room to pray. To be still. To listen.
My body ached more. I spoke out loud, asking, almost begging Archangel Raphael to restore my body to complete health.

Then I paused.

It felt as though a gentle finger touched my lips and said:
“You never have to beg. Be still. Feel.”

And in that stillness, I knew, the pain was not mine.

I prayed instead for whoever was reaching out through my field. I asked God and the healers who love us unconditionally to bring them comfort, grace, and openness to receive. I asked for my field to be cleared.

Slowly… I began to feel better.
Not instantly healed, but lighter.
I knew it would take time.

I gave thanks. I rested again at 6:10am.

By 7:30am, I was up making potatoes. My breakfast isn’t traditional, I’m still integrating foods but my soul felt nourished and grateful 💛🌹

Being an empath and healer (intuitive, reiki master, coach, artist, therapist, massage therapist…) isn’t easy.
But it is worth it.

I pray those who were reaching out are feeling relief and comfort. I am. Some energy is still transmuting and that’s okay.

Days like this remind us: when things feel cold or uncertain on the surface, there’s often powerful motion happening underneath. Seeds don’t rush the soil. Stars don’t ask permission to shine. And we don’t have to have it all figured out to be exactly where we’re meant to be. You are Not Late.

Loving wisdom for today:
