Until further notice, and indefinitely, we are no longer accepting residents at Country Gardens Senior Residence as we look at remodeling options and alternative business models. Our other home ( The Townhouse ) will remain our main focus and continue operating as the longest serving foster home for seniors in Coquille, Oregon

Please help us support our caregivers!
The State has set aside COVID relief money specifically designed to support home and community based care providers (like our homes) to pay higher starting wages.
Rather than including adult foster homes, the state has yet again left us behind and is instead prioritizing larger facilities.
The state must hear from us that this critical money should include homes like ours!
Your support could see The State enabling us to compete with larger facilities' starting wages.

Two positions available!!!

Caregivers wanted to fill positions at Country Gardens and The Townhouse Adult Foster Homes

Must be able to demonstrate ability to manage a home routine independently, including but not limited to:
• ADL assistance as required
• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping and laundry
• Medications management including ordering and issuing to residents.

Block shift are 32 or 40 work-hours per week including nights.

Pay is calculated per hour, depending on qualifications and prior experience. You're required to be on premises for the entire period of the shift, particularly for night time emergencies that may occur.

Applicants must either have or be able to pass a criminal background check.

Think you have what it takes to be a caregiver in a small, family run, foster home setting for seniors? Call me.
But please, don't waste my time. I'm a small business owner with limited time and enough to do without being given the runaround.
This is a posting for a shift caregiver. Shift runs from Wednesday morning 10 to Friday evening 6 pm for a total of 40 paid hours per week. Salary based on experience and qualifications (CNA not required).

Extraordinary actions are being taken to limit the potential for
residents’ exposure to novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). State guidance to apply infection control principles used to manage
respiratory infections and outbreaks to COVID-19 now include limiting access to our home to essential personnel only.

Essential individuals includes:
• Facility staff and prospective staff seeking employment;
• Outside medical personnel;
• Emergency responders including EMS, Fire and Police.
• Vendors, but only when access to facility is required;
• Adult protective services staff engaged in an active adult abuse investigation;
• Licensing/ Survey staff;
• Long Term Care Ombudsman and Deputies (not volunteers);
• Legal guardians;
• Friends or family members visiting during end-of-life stages;
