Staying active is key at any age!
According to the CDC, Adults 65+ should aim for:
• 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity such as brisk walking or 75 minutes of vigorous activity such as jogging or running per week
• At least 2 days of muscle-strengthening exercises
• Activities that improve balance such as walking heel-to-toe or standing from a sitting position
