Even Health-Provider need care too.
After years of dancing and cheerleading, I was recently diagnosed with chondromalacia of the left knee, a condition where the cartilage under the kneecap softens and causes pain.
It’s a reminder that no matter how much we teach others about health, we also have to slow down, listen to our bodies, and practice what we preach.
• Chondromalacia can happen from overuse, poor alignment, or joint stress.� Early intervention, stretching, and strengthening can make a huge difference.
