Dr. Monique Rodriguez and the Five Element Wellness team would like to extend a huge thank you to Aetna, the amazing Broward County School Board, and the teachers’ union leadership for inviting us to these wonderful community health and wellness events.

We were honored to support TWO amazing schools — each showing incredible school spirit and a true commitment to wellness! 💚📚

🌟 Dr. Monique Rodriguez was proud to be onsite at the Stephen Foster Elementary Health & Wellness Event, offering Acupuncture and sharing valuable integrative medicine insights with staff.

🌟 Dr. Annie Friedberg represented our team beautifully at the Forest Glen Middle School Health & Wellness Event, providing Acupuncture and education to the teachers and administrators.

When Life Gives You Menopause, Make Margaritas was an absolutely amazing success! We are so grateful for everyone who came out to learn, laugh, and celebrate wellness with us. The turnout was incredible, the energy was fantastic, and of course—the margaritas and great food made it even better!

A very special thank-you to Dr. Monique Rodriguez, who shared powerful insights on menopause—why it happens, what’s going on in our bodies, and how natural methods like acupuncture can support us through this stage of life.

We also want to give a huge shout-out to Dr. Jessica White Videa for her wonderful guidance as both a gynecologist and primary care physician. Her valuable education on navigating menopause and perimenopause with confidence and support made the evening even more meaningful.
