➡️Babies- Barefoot is best! Grippy socks when necessary
➡️Toddlers- Barefoot inside, Zero drop, WIDE, flexible material

Proactive screenings:
➡️Look for a podiatrist like me who does thorough biomechanical assessments- to check for early signs of neurological conditions, congenital deformities that may need early correction with bracing or surgery, and abnormal walking patterns.
