Hello to all of my Wiley Smiles patients!
I am excited to be writing to let you know of a significant shift that is taking place here at Nancy Wiley Orthodontics. I am joining forces with a great friend and colleague of mine, Dr. Brian Bons! This transition will be taking place over the next two months, with the final result being Dr. Bons fully taking over my practice, making it his own in early November.
I know this may come as a shock to you, so it’s very important to me that you understand why I made this decision. The reason is that my body, specifically my back, is telling me, “no more.” I have lovingly and passionately practiced Orthodontics for the past 30 years and if I could continue doing so, I would, but my back cannot withstand all of the leaning over that is necessary to provide the highest care to all of my beloved patients. I am looking to the future with an excited and positive outlook. I plan to pursue different avenues that will allow me to contribute to the field of orthodontics in even more profound ways.
A little bit about Dr. Bons…
Brian and I met in 2005 at a Damon Study Club and have been friends ever since. I have the highest respect for him and find him to be a kindred spirit. He has always put his patients’ needs first and has many attributes that I admire. He is a family man, happily married with two wonderful children. He lives in our community, residing in Parkland. He values high quality treatment outcomes, using Damon braces. He has over 18 years of experience as an Orthodontist. I could not have wished for a more perfect fit to take over your treatment and my practice.
I will be in the office fulltime over the next couple of months, introducing Dr. Bons to you to ensure a seamless transition in your orthodontic treatment. As always, YOU are our main focus and will be given the utmost care and attention. Rest assured that the core values of this practice will not change though you’ll notice some office updates to better align with Dr. Bons’ aesthetic. My team will be continuing on with Dr. Bons as well, so you’ll still be amongst many familiar, friendly faces!
