In case you're confused, Skin Essentia (Avst 1-5) is an everyday moisturizer, suitable for all skin types and ages. Youth Essentia (C-Quence 1-4plus) is an everyday moisturizer, suitable for mature skin, sun damaged skin, fine lines, and wrinkles. Both have vitamins A, C, E, peptides, and antioxidants.
