We have nearly reached the maximum enrollment for our Unlimited Concierge Chiropractic Year Plan. If you enjoyed no appointments with walk in ease and no co-pays or daily fees, you must respond now. Our fees are being increased starting Nov 1st. If you wish to renew your plan, you will be grandfathered in at our original fees. You must call Joy at 954-344-4343 asap to take advantage.
