Could something as simple as a consistent bedtime help lower blood pressure?

Researchers at Oregon Health & Science University studied middle-aged adults with hypertension who changed from irregular sleep schedules to a consistent bedtime routine. 🔍

After just two weeks, participants experienced:

• About 4 mmHg lower systolic blood pressure
• About 3 mmHg lower diastolic blood pressure
