Accessing anterior regions of the prostate can be challenging, which is why many clinicians are transitioning to the transperineal biopsy approach.

Hard-to-reach areas of the prostate like the anterior regions are often undersampled during transre**al procedures. Transperineal biopsies avoid re**al mucosa and are widely used to support access to anterior prostate regions that may be difficult to reach using traditional transre**al techniques.

TP Pivot Pro™ is designed to support freehand transperineal prostate biopsy procedures with features that enable controlled needle positioning. Its pivoting mechanism allows up to ±20° of angulation while maintaining in-plane visualization, supporting flexible access without removing the needle from the patient.
