🇺🇸 Honoring Our Heroes at Cedar Hill 🇺🇸

This morning, we held a heartfelt pinning ceremony to recognize and thank our Veterans for their incredible service. It was a touching event filled with stories, memories, and pride as we sang patriotic songs and presented each Veteran with a flag, a flag pin, and a personalized certificate.

Our Halloween 50’s party was so incredible! The ladies wore their fancy dresses with a scarf and glasses and the men looked handsome in their white tees, sunglasses, and candy ci******es! We thoroughly enjoyed root beer floats, but the best treat of all was having Dennis Bowman do ventriloquism for us! Our residents remember watching him as a meteorologist for KDKA and it was really cool to meet him in person and enjoy his talents!

We were delighted to welcome Steve and Sharon, along with their grandchildren and friends, for a festive Halloween visit! 🎃

The group brought so much joy as they trick-or-treated through the building, sang songs, and decorated cookies with our residents.

Sharon’s mom, Betty, was a beloved resident here, and it means so much that her family continues to stay connected — from leading the Rosary to joining in on special events like this. 💖
